Tiny Bubbles Early Learning Center of Excellence Inc. (506) 206-1944
Our quality educators are essential to our program to maintain our high standards of care and education. Our educators at Tiny Bubbles are kind and nurturing, have a genuine love for children, and respect each child as an individual who understands child development and can apply this knowledge in the classroom. Our teachers also value working as part of a team with parents, colleagues, and the community. Included in our programming is sand/water play, life skills activities, such as planting and cleaning (through dramatic play), as well as communication literacy through specialized programming activities.
Most of our full-time educators are university graduates or graduates of early childhood education programs that are recognized by the Province of NB. All of our part-time staff are university students studying a discipline relating to childhood education or health care, or enrolled in Early Childhood Education programs.
All of our staff have completed the NB curriculum training program or are enrolled.
Hello, “Czesc,” my name is Helena Golec Brewer. I am the president, operator, and office administrator at Tiny Bubbles. I was born in Poland. I came to Canada in 1989. I lived in Nova Scotia, where I graduated from community college, majoring in business information and technology. I moved to Fredericton in 2001 and worked in a business as the controller. I have family in Halifax, Fredericton, and Poland. I helped raise my two cousins, Stephanie and Kasia. They are like daughters to me. I am married to my wonderful husband Neil, who is my business partner in Tiny Bubble, I am one part of our family business that we started several years ago. Every day I look forward to meeting our Bubbles families and their children and our staff.
I am the administrator of Tiny Bubbles. I am married to my wonderful husband Patrick, and our family includes our 2 boys and 2 girls and our furry baby Dooly. I bring 35 years of management experience to our centre. As the administrator at Tiny Bubbles Child Care, it has been an absolute joy to watch our bubbles grow and thrive while in our care over the years. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and English and Early Childhood Education. I am very proud to be part of the Tiny Bubbles family.
I am currently the CO-Administrator at Tiny Bubbles, and I also work as a lead educator in the Chicken Coop (three). I am a graduate of Saint Thomas University with a BA major in English and a minor in psychology and math and have been in the education field for 20 years. I have been employed with NBCC, School District 18, and have been employed with Tiny Bubbles since 2012.
I love my job at Tiny Bubbles because every day is unique on its own. Working at Tiny Bubbles is very rewarding. I love watching the children grow into intelligent and independent individuals.
Tiny Bubbles is not just my job; it's my home away from home, and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
Awards and Achievements
Sonya works with a variety of children, takes the time to understand their unique abilities, and meets them at their level of learning. She can design personalized experiences for children that promote teamwork and success. Children arrive home each day enthusiastic to share what they have learned, whether it be a new song, to put their coats on independently, or to be able to say a new French word. When asked where they learned it, the answer is always the same: “Sonya taught me that.”
I am the assistant administrator at Tiny Bubbles. I am also the lead educator in the Treehouse).
In 2007, I graduated from Atlantic Business College with honours in early childhood education. I've gained a lot of experience and education over the 15 years that I have been in childcare. I got into childcare because I have also had a passion for teaching for as long as I can remember.
In 2020, I received the Ministers's Excellence in Education Award. This is something I could never imagine that I would receive, but I am proud of the work I've accomplished thus far.
Tiny Bubbles Administration is proud to announce that our Lead educator in our treehouse, HOLLY BROWN, has won the Minister of Education's Award of Excellence in Teaching for 2021.
Holly is the only early childhood educator representative in our district who won this year!
Holly has been teaching in our sector as an early childhood educator for over 15 years, and we are very grateful she is employed with our family-run centre.
Holly is not only a highly competent educator, but she is also a natural leader and child magnet.
Holly is a beacon of positivity and a bundle of energy, which her bubbles are drawn to, and we can't wait to see what else she has to bring to our learning environment. When we ask her Bubbles what classroom they are in again, they say "Holly's House."
I am the staff supervisor at Tiny Bubbles.
I am also the lead educator in our Dino Den (4-year-olds).
I started at Tiny Bubbles in the fall of 2018 as a teacher until I became a casual and then was hired full-time as an educator.
I enjoy the simple country life on my farm with my boyfriend. We have pigs and cattle. They start as piglets and calves and grow up in our fields.
I became an educator to help shape the minds of our future generation. I enjoy teaching all of my little dinosaurs and getting them ready for kindergarten.
